Reach us at hello@casinoclaude.xyz
One address handles the lot: hello@casinoclaude.xyz. Tomas Ribeiro and the editorial team keep an eye on it directly, rather than routing it through a shared helpdesk. We try to respond within two business days (Monday to Friday, UK time). Messages sent late on a Friday are usually answered by Tuesday, and privacy requests are handled well inside the 30-day GDPR limit.
To speed things up, add the full URL of the page you are contacting us about and, when it helps, a screenshot or the exact sentence you disagree with.
Things we are glad to help with
- Corrections and updates. Flag anything on the site that no longer matches what an operator actually offers, and we will re-check the claim and bring the page up to date.
- Story leads and player reports. A direct account of a KYC check that stretched on for weeks, or a support agent who really fixed the issue, goes straight into our retest list and can push a casino higher or lower.
- Operator submissions. Casinos are free to nominate themselves for review. The conclusion is drawn from our own testing, and neither a listing nor a particular rating can be bought.
- Press and media. Reporters and podcasters can contact Tomas at the same address; write "Press" in the subject line so we can direct it properly.
- Privacy and data-subject requests. Managed through this same inbox, our Privacy Policy spells out the specifics.
Things we cannot help with
There is one limit worth stating plainly: CasinoClaude.xyz assesses casinos as an outside observer. We are not an operator, we hold no player accounts, we never handle player money, and we cannot get involved in a dispute between a player and a casino. Frozen accounts, lost passwords and delayed withdrawals should go to the casino's own support team first.
We cannot settle casino disputes, here is where to turn
When an operator has refused to put right a genuine complaint, the correct next step is the regulator that granted its licence, not us. Check the live public register of the appropriate authority to verify the licence and lodge your complaint: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), whichever licensed the operator. That is the correct route, and it is the one operators are legally required to respond to.
If gambling has begun to take a toll on you or on someone you care about, please take a look at our Responsible Gambling page. It sets out free, confidential support services across every country we cover. Adults 18 and over only.
